@jk I'm looking forward to going to the gym tomorrow, probably gonna have to go midday or around 7/8pm to avoid the throngs of people out for thier gym fix!
Haven't looked in to it closely given Auckland still a wee while away from level 2 but looks like need to wear a mask in the gym?

@jk post from our gym said not compulsary but recommended (think as it is not a public place?) are limiting numbers, turning off water fountain and fans, most stuff is 2m anyway, are a few areas 2m wont be possible.
yeah makes sense - not a public place as compared to say a library

It's absolutely farcical in Brisbane. We have to wear a mask to and from the gym but can take it off while training. My GF is a Les Mills instructor and there are no masks worn while the classes are going in that confined space. As soon as class is over everyone has to mask up.
Interestingly my experience is that many younger people in their 20s choose to wear masks even while training. Not sure if that's a fashion statement or for health reasons. 🤔

Hardest part of workout started off as the push press as 50reps of 20kg for me but a battle but knocked it off in 10s and not too bad. First set tried to do the 50 unbroken and died in the late 20s.
After two rounds the hardest part become the start of the run as so hard to keep the arms up - really could feel it in the shoulders and triceps -
No training yesterday as had covid jab on weds arvo and the nurse told me to 'give dem guns some time to cool down son'. Wasn't totally inactive though as went for 15km ride with my son down to local jumps track for some skills sessioning.
