First run in a while. Or any roadwork, really. The good news is the rolled ankle was OK and the corresponding wound on my foot - which is taking a ridiculous length of time to heal - didn't give me any trouble.
The challenge for December is now to run my fat arse into some kind of pre-Xmas shape. I've got some time off coming up so also hoping to grab camping/hiking time.

Just give it away and start again in 2022. Far easier.
