A little telling the best BoBF episode didn’t have boba in it

Hopefully he was away working on his speed work, rather than the weights, ahead of the upcoming showdown.

Don’t know if I like the new ship…yeah it’s fast…but he can’t transport bounties or sleep in it, razorcrest was his home 😞

A little telling the best BoBF episode didn’t have boba in it

Yeah not particularly practical is it ? Not even a toilet on board

Spoiler alert……..I hope the armourer decides to break the mando creed and take her helmet off

    C2433BA2-5C67-4F28-9F5D-427025CCC130.jpeg

We've been watching Supernatural...well for years on and off because there's 15 seasons....but she is currently playing a big character in that...no helmet

another thing about mandos new ship...he looks a little silly flying a fighter in full body armour

I do love the fact he cut/burnt himself with the dark saber though, i've often thought lightsaber would be hard to fight with for these reasons, and when they dropped it it did stuff like burn the ground...its like theyve thought about it for the first time

weird it gets heavier the longer its used, i dont remember that from things like rebels

It's in the Clone Wars, the darksaber is harder to use than a lightsaber, a users thoughts help direct it's energy, etc

    Sorry, Rebels not Clone Wars;

"The appropriately-titled Star Wars Rebels season 3 episode "Trials of the Darksaber" shows Sabine Wren training with this tricky titular weapon for the very first time, while Kanan Jarrus acts as her instructor. Upon igniting, Sabine remarks on how the Darksaber feels "heavier than [she] thought," and Jarrus duly explains why. According to the runaway Jedi, the Darksaber is considerably harder to wield than your average lightsaber. Jarrus says, "Energy constantly flows through the crystal. You're not fighting with a simple blade as much as you are directing a current of power. Your thoughts, your actions, they become energy. They flow through the crystal as well, and become a part of the blade." In other words, someone who lacks control and acceptance over their thoughts and feelings - or those with an undisciplined fighting style - will find the Darksaber heavier to hold, as all of that inner baggage channels into the blade, weighing it down."

@kirwan i do vaguely remember that now, dont think it quite registered as being quite as drastic as we saw, with mando dragging it along the ground, should have known Filoni would know what he was doing with something like that

Just watching again, the Mandalorians are even more stubborn, resistant to change fuckwits than the Jedi were. No wonder both of them got wiped out. Din is better off without them.

    Decent article here:

Can The Mandalorian Save The Book of Boba Fett?

Can The Mandalorian Save The Book of Boba Fett?

The Book of Boba Fett needs a lifeline, and the Mandalorian may be just the Star Wars character to save it.

    Short answer, yes.

Great seeing old mate back again although it was basically an episode of Mando…..I really liked it though.

Must have watched a different episode. The start was epic but 20 odd minutes of that woman and a Naboo fighter? I dated a Jawa. Wtf? It's this series in a nutshell - some great stuff but also some real shite. They seem obsessed with showing the process of something being made, from that staff to a ship. Must save script costs or something.

whether they are going about it the right way or not is up for debate...but i feel they are trying to flesh out the universe, show there is a lot more than the "main" skywalker story, there are small "insignificant" stories going on in the universe, they also seem to be trying to throttle the pace up and down with things like the spear and ship montagues. may not have been a bullseye but i did kind of appreciate the idea that he couldn't just go buy a ship off the shelf to replace the razorcrest

Heaps of fan service in that build.

That long stick thing the Jawas brought? The same thing Han used in the trash compactor

It's weird that the hard-core ones won't even remove helmet while the others take it off way too much.

But that's exactly it. It's not what they're trying to do it's how they're doing it. A far more interesting plot line would be him fighting for a ship or having to get a bounty. Rather than that weird afro bitch and all that bs dialogue about thruster engines or whatever. Seriously, who is that woman btw? Reminds me of that troll who used to serve drinks in Cheers. In any case she belongs in a shitty 80s sitcom.

@rancid-schnitzel jeez....might be these series just aren't for you, maybe lookup action scene supercut at some point? I always thought her character, like others, just shows there are "normal people" not all bounty hunters with impenetrable armour or jedi, plus the obvious comic relief

You're obviously not following things. That is a particular sect. The one that took Mando in as a foundling. Not all Mandolorians act the same.

the armourer even talked about how "other" mandalorians diverged from the true path (as they see it) and lead their people to downfall that people like Bo Katan were a cautionary tale

Comic relief is supposed to be funny right? I dated a Jawa? Maybe look up comedy at some point?

It was an ad lib, apparently.
    I found it humorous.

There’s plenty that’s not perfect in these shows but overall they are entertaining IMO.
Maybe you should take your posts to the GOM thread?
