This ref is out of his depth. He let so many fouls go and then pulls that one up.

The positive is that after a terrible start we are well in this game, dominating possession and creating chances. This didn't happen against Peru. We just need some quality in front of goal.

A very disappointing 2nd half. Costa Rica are a very average team but we didn't finish those chances.

Questions should be asked about the ref and VAR in this game. They were incompetent.

Awful refereeing team - get top level officials for a game of such importance. Early goal was the sucker punch as CR never really threatened again. As usual NZ with not quite enough quality when required. Rojas, Sarpreet Singh the 2 who are most missed for quality.

True. But getting a legit goal disallowed hurt us
