Binged it.
Fantastic.
Exhausting and exhilarating in equal measure.
Much like watching Uncut Gems.

For All Mankind Series 3
Thought they'd blown this series after watching the first episode but it's really picked up by episode 3. Top notch.
-
@MiketheSnow Yeah, enjoyed the first two episodes. Looking forward to the 3rd.

Watch Brooklyn Nine Nine from the beginning.
A few eps.in I was wondering if I'd keep going, glad I did, got better as things went on, go to know characters.
-
started Modern Family.
Took me a couple of eps to realise that Claire was Virginia from Happy Gilmore!

I really enjoyed this show, but have never got around to watching the final season. Eric Stonestreet (Cam) is brilliant, and there are plenty of notable guest stars.

And Carol Vessey from Ed - if you watched that show.

Only Murders in the Building
Mystery-Drama-Comedy starring Steve Martin about 3 disparate & colourful NY apartment block residents who investigate a murder. Seems to have been inspired by a number of British amateur detective series like Agatha Raisin (no bad thing).
Really fun - quirky, well-paced with some great writing and acting.
It is good light watching even if Martin Short is horribly annoying.
i think i let that go because theyre pretty sure series now days and i think his Character was supposed to be annoying
We enjoyed it, was different enough, will see how a second season goes
Umbrella academy anyone?

I tried the S3E1 the other night but the 'dance' sequence went on way too long and I just thought 'padding' and gave up. Maybe I'll try again in a better mood.
-
@Crucial i found them funny because they dance like a normal (drunk) person might...but i get how they can be annoying
we binged a fair chunk of S3 over the weekend, 1-2 eps to go...general madness very much sticking to the theme

On my list to watch the new season. I have been re-watching S3 of Westworld in preparation for S4 dropping today.

How can you rewatch anything at the moment? I have a list of returned shows so deep that I need to get through that I doubt I'll be able to rewatch a show for a decade (TBF, I did just rewatch the entire The Americans, but that show is awesome, and that was before a bunch of shows returned.
).
-
@Nepia It's the only show I have re-watched before a new season. As S3 was 2 years ago, and I had forgotten too much. The final episode of S3 tonight before watching Ep1 of S4. At least these shows drop weekly so there is time to binge on something else between episodes.
Don't worry, I have plenty of shows I'd like to watch for the first time, even some I have on DVD/BR.

How do you watch something of such poor quality? Do you have an old 30 inch CRT TV to watch it on as well?
It will be interesting to see what it looks like on my 4K TV. This series was hard enough to find on DVD, but I was keen to watch again.

Yeah, I've heard good things about that.
I watched 7 online the other day on my 4k tv and some of the ads aren't in full HD, I guess they're 720 (or even SD) and they're unwatchable.

Started this last night. This first ep was well done and had some big budget moments along with a great old school car chase (well campervan v motorbike). At the end though you could see exactly where this was headed and it took the whole of E2 to get there.
Will try E3 to see if any good now the premise has been established but I fear it will settle into mediocrity. Hope not as it is an OK watch.
