The Wednesday match is between two of the better sides this week.

Canterbury have an extra day to prepare but have a tough game against Hawkes Bay on the weekend

Harbour haven't rotated much so far. Do they put out their best xv again and trust their squad more against Counties on Sunday?

I am hearing Canterbury will give a few new players a Run for this game a couple up from the B's.

Be interesting to see if Denny Solomona gets a run.

Cullen Grace has what appears to be a fractured collarbone, recovery time somewhere around 3 months.

    North Harbour v Canterbury results

No wins for Harbour since 2014. The one before that was 2009

Youth to play important role in Wednesday night match up — Canterbury Rugby

Canterbury has given a strong nod to its future with four players named to make their NPC debut against North Harbour on Wednesday, as well as Alex Harford rewarded with his first start in the number ten jersey.

Where's George Methven? He would be more ready for NPC than Brial.

@Duluth Hidden at the bottom of that media release is an injury update:

Cullen Grace suffered a shoulder injury in the win over Ta$man and has since been assessed by a specialist today. An update on his diagnosis is expected in the coming days. Other injured players Reed Prinsep, Shilo Klein, Zach Gallagher and Brodie McAlister are all expected to return to play in the next month.

@Duluth not a bad pack for a midweek match and with the Magpies game around the corner.

Could get interesting in the backs.

Good seeing these young fellas getting a run.

Shouldn't you be promoting players from the Bs then?

    They have
Brial,Murray and Rove have come up from the Bs
    For this game.
Gaulter came up from the Bs for the first 2 games and has come up again for this game.

They just picked Brial ahead of Methven to come up.

Very leaky. Some pathetic attempts there

Harbour has a competitive top XV but they don’t have the depth of the other contenders

Good start by Gardiner strong around the field and 3 line out steals already.
