Haha again, Auckland standing 20m inside the Ta$man wing

Zero halftime adjustments from Auckland. Awful.

Years ago the only time you did that was if you had a really good fullback who specifically told you to take the inside and he’d get anyone if the ball got out.
It doesn’t work in FPC, doesn’t work in NPC, doesn’t work in Super. Certainly doesn’t work at Test level.

Big tick for Ahio getting through 80 minutes and playing well to the end.

    Beere went pretty well.

    Choat and Gibson good.

    Auckland burgle it.

Choat was huge, Rayasi is not a 15.

Not rolling away nearly cost Auckland another game.

Gibson and Choat take a bow.

Ta$man backs overall were pretty good.

Not surprisingly, our forwards got dominated.

Decent effort, made more of a game of it than I expected.

It's the missed kicks from William Havili that eventually cost Ta$man the game. Ta$man scored a try more than Auckland.

Mitch Hunt probably would have missed them as well. 🙂

    holy crap we won? WTAF

I had to sneak away with 20 to go, and the kind of brain dead rugby we'd been playing for a few weeks looked unchanged. That's a result.
