@canefan i think they said something about having to make the doco to make some money so theyre pretty transparent
Its interesting with all the cash they're still not out of the conference
they have sparked a lot of debate though, my club wimbledon is struggling and a lot are wondering if its time to drop the fan owned model as its just too hard

They are second in the league at the moment. So they have a shot

My love-hate for Reynolds stems from that abomination that was Two Guys a Girl and a Pizza Place. Fark that was shit.

@Rancid-Schnitzel i quite like that...as far as early 2000's sitcoms go, nathan fillon seems like another good bloke

You're both missing the point. Taylor Howard.

yeah, nathan fillon, although i generally remember him from firefly/serenity

i really enjoyed the first one, going to be obvious shift for this one, looks like some mad stuff but a lot more serious than Thor 4 for example
I like the fact they arent trying to keep Boseman's character alive (like carrie fisher in star wars), looks like his Black Panther will die off screen
-
Could be killing off a major character with this one
-
@bayimports who? i didn't pick up anything
-
@Kiwiwomble Antman, Kang is the next big villain for the Avengers movies, comics suggest he knocks him off, MCU could just knock off relatives of course..but could point to antman getting knocked off. (hence the could be) all assumptions at this stage
-
@bayimports that would make some sense...for his big screen debut
the two big Avengers movies are set for 2025/26 so the Kang story arc is only spread over 5 years worth of movies rather than 11 for the infinity stone/thanos arc....so he might have to come in hot with a statement rather than the very slow build

I watched the first two episodes of Secret Invasion last night. It's OK, and the series is only 6 episodes so we'll see where the show goes.
Sadly, this was very average and the season finale was a let-down.

Bummer, I am half way through and it's okay.
Just watched FUBAR on Netflix, Arnie's latest action hero vehicle. I quite enjoyed it, the usual action mixed with family dynamics with lots of comic relief.
I've started watching Florida man, also on Netflix, a sort of caper series about an ex-cop who heads home to Florida who has an uneasy relationship with his criminal Dad (Anthony La Paglia). So far it's been okay, a bit off beat, with some Banshee-lite style gratuitous sex scenes.
