    "sexual intercourse without consent" is one of the charges. Isn't that rape?

    Shitty PR to put a downer on the Eddie Jones coup

    Most unbelievable thing about this is that Kurtley’s still getting paid (suspended, yes but has a contract) to play rugby in 2023. Remember that video of him with the old fella and the Charlie?

    @game_film He is still getting paid, because he's considered innocent until proven guilty, and rightly so. If found guilty, he'll lose his job.

    @Tim A good read.

    McLennan is basically the CEO - Marinos is just his lap dog who does the dirty work.

    I can't understand the shift to Jones - but little class in the way they went about it.

    @Stargazer Didn’t mean it like that mate. I meant in 2023 Kurtley is still getting paid to play by Rugby Oz. Not in the legal sense, completely aside of that, but in the career sense.

    @KiwiMurph

    He was more than good enough to start NPC matches and be a squad member in a NZ SR side. Bone headed selections at NPC level are having a flow on effect

    Is Australian rugby really as backward looking and thinking as it is coming across as at the moment?

    Every fucking thing i read at the moment is about "returning to the glory years" and harking back to the 90s, or christ now it's "the pride the Ella's had".

    News flash dickheads. Success in modern elite rugby isn't about fucking mindset, or passion, or calling on the spirit of the periods when the Wallabies were good.

    It's about pathways and development and preparation and plans to maximise talent.

    If this isn't just window dressing for the public, and RA really do think the job is done, then this is going to crash and burn just so hard.
