Sylvester Stallone was responsible for two of the great movie icons of the late 70s and 80s

I didn't realise the actress that played Adrienne also played Tony Corleone's sister

During my childhood Baker was the best. I remember watching reruns of Pertwee but he was better known to me as Worsel Gummidge. All the rest were meh and then I'd moved on

And is Francis Ford Coppola's actual sister ...

Also, the nondescript dude who wore the cricket jumper was the first iconic Dr Who for me as the only episodes I remember before that were the 1960s black and white episodes and I was watching for the army dudes more than the Dr.

Tom Baker was the Doctor the last time I regularly watched the show. Maybe I saw some episodes with Peter Davison after that.

@dogmeat yeah, even though i watched a few of the others as a kid, i was young and so David tennant is the one that i first really remember watching....he got some really good stories, "Bad Wolf" and its subtle series long arc or "blink" being obvious examples

@dogmeat Tony Soprano is a good pull, although his hitman in True Romance is a good one off iconic character.

Big Ern McCrackin is the greatest sportsman who’s ever been on the Silver screen.

It’s a shame you had to post Adam Sandler right before that though.

Happy is a stupid made up movie character.

    Big Ern is an icon.
