Contrary to recent reports, the law variation dubbed the '20-minute red' cards will not feature at the Rugby World Cup in France.

I was thinking the same. France in the opening game will do!

@Bovidae Nah, need more than one country and the Anglo-French rivalry will just see the other home nations celebrate when a Frenchy gets sent off. It should be early in an English and in an Irish game.
