15s may just be giving 7s a bit of an envious look.
All teams are starting to catch up and overtake teams like NZ and Fiji now which is good for the comp and probably rugby overall. There seems to be some good energy in the likes of Brazil and Spain and once they grow their skills they will start winning.
It was good to see the crowd on the weekend appreciate the skills from all teams and enjoy the rugby on display, think 15s may be a different spectacle and difficult to duplicate the carnival like atmosphere that sevens brings and which brings non-rugby people along to watch. The Super Rugby weekend in Melbourne is a good start and maybe that should be tried a bit more (if the Rebels survive).

Sevens is rapidly becoming the best form of the game for me with little of the crap that seems to have infested the 15 man game.
World Rugby could do worse that learn from it

Still think they need to look at replacing a red carded player after 2 minutes. 7 on 6 is vastly different than 15 on 14.

I am finding the format and coverage very frustrating. Each competition is so drawn out if you are just following some teams. And the luck of the draw plays a huge part now, especially with the best 3rd places.
NZ seems to have lost a whole lot of combination and continuity. Relies far too much on Rokolisoa brilliance and efforts of Dickson. I am disappointed we are not seeing better from Cody Vai, Che Clark and Brady Rush. To me the starting lineup selections seem quite odd. But I guess we qualified top and now face Fiji. -
Just watched the second half of USA v GBR quarter final. GBR were dreadful - looked like they'd met in the carpark.
