He made fun at her the last time too about her being in charge of the food...

and then he asked her for sex too, cracked me up.

I do really like his portrayl of that character, but in small doses.

@taniwharugby I agree, too much Negan and he becomes a parody and then you'd lose that sense of menace.

Liked parts of the final ep, but others I didn't.

The shot by Rosita, that was pretty weak, the chances of her aiming at him and hitting Lucille?? C'mon, these are people that use guns all the time to survive, and they have survived, they get one chance at killing their worst enemy, and you hit a bat?

Knew Negan was gonna kill Spencer? He's always been a pussy.

Good to see Darryl out, but boy Negan will be pissed when he gets back, especially with Fat Joseph gone too 😉

Some scenes It's like they cant really be bothered though, like the paddle across that little lake...seemed a wasted scene to try and add a weak sense of drama, but be interesting to see who this other cat is that was watching them.

Have to think the show down with the Saviours will have to happen in the next few eps of next season?

Quite stoked to see that jackass Spencer go and brutally too.

Did that chick Michonne hijacked actually sacrifice herself?

Good episode. The most annoying thing though was that they've created so many various storylines thus far in the series that for quite a while I was annoyed at how often it jumped back and forth. Great that they've finally got the likes of Rick, Daryl and Maggie back together but what a bloody painful way to do it.

Clearly now we'll see Alexandria reinforced by The Hilltop under their defacto leader Maggie, and presumably The Kingdom will join the alliance at some stage if old mate can convince Ezekiel to do so, or if his hand is forced. However while this may give the Allies the numbers, they'll still surely be outgunned. And one thing that would be ridiculous would be if Negan didn't have spies in the likes of the Hilltop, but it seems he doesn't as he doesn't yet know about Maggie.

@shark Re being outgunned, don't forget the sisterhood by the sea. They seemed to have a few guns and might be further allies.

Then we have the creepy guy with the tied up boots to consider.

Was a pretty good episode ruined by the bullet in the baseball bat. That was just ridiculous. As was the response. He just lets both attempted assassins go, even though both of them seem to have made it quite clear that they'll have another go when they get the chance.

I realise Negan is a deranged psycho, but surely he's smart enough not to offer himself up as a target time and time again. A guy like him, with the shit he does would have to have a fulltime bodyguard, a farking Saviour Secret Service.

That dude from the Kingdom seemed to be collecting bottles. Molotov cocktails for a future fight?

@Rancid-Schnitzel yeah the bullet thing pissed me off too, but on your other point, I think thats the thing about Negan, he feels he instills so much fear people wont even try, given the number of times someone could have offed him to date, sure they'd of been killed probably too, but the opportunities have been there.

A bit behind, but this is giving me the shits (well my usual shits with TWD) - the dude would be dead by now. Carl was beyond giving a shit about his life and would have just taken the shot. This storyline has me longing for the Governor.

    And it's baaaack.

We're obviously building up to a massive war here, which should be cool. I tell you what though, that CGI tiger is shocking. Wouldn't it even be cheaper just to hire a real one for a couple of days?

I would be interested to know more about the distances between Alexandria, Hilltop, Saviours and the other 2 groups we know about...have to be an area of say 1000sqkm if not more for there to be large groups they don't know about.

Also, that new group, they look like they been in isolation since well before the outbreak #inbreeding

filler ep IMO...although I guess giving insight into the ill feeling within the Saviours.

Assume Dwight will rise up against Negan, Eugene is biding his time saying what Negan wants to hear, certainly would appear a large part of the Saviours that would like a shot at Negan if it presented itself.

He is a tyrannical leader who is leading through fear, surprised he has lasted so long TBH, but I guess cos no one talks about their hatred, no one knows and is afraid to rise up on their own.

The Saviour issue needs to be dealt with by end of the series.

I enjoyed this episode. Eugene is an interesting character.

I agree that the whole Saviours thing is getting a bit absurd.

This TV show is stupid. Just watched the episode when Morgan finally kills again and Carol is back being her character and not whatever the fuck she's been doing for this entire series. FFS, the writers have made those two tiresome characters.

Well, I guess the jokes on me, because I'm still watching it.

@Nepia you are also a week behind....Morgan & Rosita are the 2 most annoying characters.

Hopefully all the build up for this big battle will be worth it in the last 2 eps.

Saw a trailer for next week and they go see those other people by the sea...

Surely Maggie will be pissed if Rosita or Sasha get to kill Negan when they had been with Red for 5 minutes and she was with Glen who was punching well above for many years!

Watching it from the beginning again, I've done nearly 3 seasons in a week.

I think it's even worse than GOT for introducing cool characters and then offing them.

It has explained a few things I missed first time round so so very beneficial for that

@taniwharugby Nah, Rosita is fine, you can just mute the screen. Yeah, I know I'm a week behind, off work sick so should catch up today.

@MN5 I think I would stab my brain if I binge watched TWD - I need to space out my frustrations.
