My understanding was that it was filmed as a joke to play at a work get together. Certainly never went to air but found its way to the public.

I'm with @jegga on this one. Not a particular fan of her views, but she did what she did honestly and openly, and provided good quality challenges to keeping Councils and CCO honest. Good for her for standing up for her beliefs.
