In the gym early this am for an upper body all rounder. Really smashed the delts and out a heap of reps thru them. Everything else just a minor touch up. Good session.

Legs actually feel ok right now. Might hit em again tomorrow. Or run or ride

Clearly you didn’t hit them hard enough. That’s the only explanation.

Legs round 2 - no squats. But reps upon reps of leg extensions, leg press, romanian deads, some girly cable exercise for glutes, calf press. Abs stuff too for good measure.

Sat - woke early so shot out of the bike down to Devo for an easy 20km. Avoided the hills

Today did an easy jog down the end of beach and back and a swim. Then this arvo out on the mtb on some coromandel trails, much hills. Also hit the jump park for a bit of fun

MTB ride in the forest. Plenty of hill climbing
Weds - back in the gym - upper body blast

Eatings been shit in recent times as I'm just a pig who likes my food. It's a reward for doing the exercise though. Monday had a mean feed after my ride in coro with a fish burger, garlic chips and 3 each of deep fried oysters and scallops. Washed down with a couple of low carb lagers of course

Will tidy up the intake until xmas day, maybe

Only tan gains to report since last update. Currently I’d have to be one of the better tanned gingers around.

Exercise has been dominated by a ton of riding, surfing and swimming.

Weights work was ok last week where I was doing 100 bb bicep curls one day and 100 push-ups (on the barbell) the next and repeating.

As of yesterday changed it up to 5 rounds of curls, push-ups, overhead press and bb press ups (15 reps each). Enough (with this tan) to get a decent pump on and look like I’m in ok shape.

Gingas don’t tan, it’s just freckles joining up and creating the illusion.

    Believe me I know.

    Not much to report

Didn’t have 25 snittys for breakfast, didn't smash a tyre with my sledge hammer and didn't weigh in at 60odd kg

    Life is good

Right back training good and proper after a week or two of leisurely full body stuff. Wrist is feeling ok and was good enough for friday night golf so good enough for gym. Time to put on some muscle.

    Tuesday (volume day)
Mains - 5x5 bench, 5x5 squat, 1x5 deadlifts (working sets).
Accessory work - 3x10-12 for each of wide grip pulldowns, glute pull throughs, seated calf raises

On and Monday was just a short 12km/45min ride round local.

Also need a starting point. Using the digital bathroom scales so not accurate on the body fat % but have used these for years so a good consistent measure. 77.2kg / 13.0% BF

Going to track the diet for a wee bit in order to ensure I'm eating enough to grow
