The lawyer who took down Jessica Yaniv explains the case
Today, the BC Human Rights Tribunal released their bombshell ruling in favour of all of the defendants Jessica “Jonathan” Yaniv had brought suits against for declining to provide services to her male genitals. In three of the cases, Yaniv was ordered to pay $2,000 in damages each to Sandeep Banipal, Marcia DaSilva, and Sukhdip Hehar for “improper conduct.”
The details of the ruling, released in a 60-page document, includes stunning detail of the Tribunal’s decision, with Yaniv being described as “engaging in extortionate behaviour,” and “being untruthful” with details, as well as “offering evidence calculated to mislead the Tribunal.”
Most shockingly, the Tribunal recognized the reality that the majority of defendants in the case were racialized women, and documented a condemnation of Yaniv as being on a mission to “punish” certain racial groups for not “assimilating into Canadian culture.”
[...]
While the Tribunal cases for the estheticians may have come to a close, Yaniv has already launched two additional suits… One in the BCHRT against anti-LGBT Christian activist Bill Whatcott for allegedly misgendering Yaniv, and one in the BC Civil Courts against a Vancouver-area physiotherapist after the table Yaniv had been lying on allegedly broke.

On his live chat with Blair white this creature claimed that he was a protected class while he had been deliberately targeting Indian women who didn’t want to put their hands near his two inches of fury . It was obvious he was pretending to be trans to game the system and harass indians who he obviously loathes .
Haven’t heard any more about his criminal charges over the taser and I hope the cops forensic team have his hard drive and phones

I’m being told that PM Justin Trudeau had to politely break it to Harry and Meghan that he’d seen the internal polling numbers and no way in hell were Canadian taxpayers going to foot the bill for their multi-million dollar security detail. No welfare for celebrity ex-Royals, or something. So Meghan said fuckoff I’m going to Beverly Hills and took her castrated husband with her, and now Trump says no taxpayer-funded security here, either, princess.

This Jagmeet Singh incident is pretty troubling for anyone with respect for the Westminster system. A leader being named after a rush of blood to the head while rare is hardly worth writing home about.
To still be banging on about it two days later and showing such contempt for the chair I'm not quite sure I've seen before in any country in the past three decades?
Politically and intellectually dumb.

Scarcely believable what's going on in Canada right now.
Lockdown totalitarianism, Bill C10 to censor YouTube creators, locking a pastor in maximum confinement for exceeding 15% capacity of church goers for 35 days awaiting a trial with charges that don't enforce a jail term.
According to one correspondent the government either owns or subsidies 99% of the media so the push is to regulate individual content as though it were legacy media.
It seems the Canadians are too Canadian (polite and considerate) to kick up much of a fuss, but one gets the feeling that patience is wearing thin.
Really really strange and ominous carry on in a democracy with a reputation of being very functional.
