Take it you are all still alive, well etc?

I'm still here. Bored as fck, but pretty grateful for that.
-
@R-L yep, I tell the kids that if being bored is our biggest complaint, then we are a hell of a lot better off than millions of others!

@voodoo living with an attitude of gratitude daily too 🙌🏻 cranky as hell today, wide awake when I need to be asleep.... But grateful nonetheless
Not a good mix.. cranky and awake when you should be asleep.
Some people are just dicks..

@taniwharugby so true

So Sydney doesn't give a fuck about social distancing and groups no larger than two, went out twice for exercise today and both times Darling Harbour was filled with groups larger than two and clearly not all living in the same place. Saw at least 4 groups of teenage boys in groups of four to 6 all hanging about (biking around, frisbee). The backpackers seem to have returned as well. Family groups are out with other family groups.
Haven't seen a policeman in Darling Harbour in 4 days, when I saw 6 of them.

Hey fuckers. A month in and I'm on annual leave next week - had planned something with the wife & kids but bat-eating wet markets gone and pooched that right up the doodah.
So instead I'm going to do a few things around the house, and a few things around the Deceased Estate we're trying to sell, and then will probably get bored enough to do some work...
(For the nerds: getting my head around Apache Airflow - it is OK but lacks a level of sophistication I want.)

I feel your pain, I was supposed to be at Bluesfest last weekend and in Malaysia currently (and then on to Myanmaar) - and I'm already bored enough on my weekends that I've started doing work along with keeping tabs on social distance flouters and records of police movement in the Darling Harbour area.

@Nepia yeah it is fuct to the power of shit. Pulled the pin on NZ for the June Long Weekend in terms of cancelling travel. fluffybunnies better not fight me on it, either.
Running on the assumption that international travel is shagged for 12 months, I'm looking at shit to do domestically; Uluru, Perth, maybe even go up to @mariner4life 's part of the world if QLD hasn't seceded by then.

Bummer, I have mid July NZ tickets which are with Air NZ so I assume if not a refund I'll get credit.
I have June tickets to Malaysia too - but they were $175 return and I bought them knowing they could be canned so not fussed if I don't get refunded, the current trip ones I have 12 months credit for.

The Palace Chook doesn't know what she wants.
And the Feds won't let you secede if it reduces their power. Especially this guy:

Cancelled my All Blacks vs Wales weekend in Windy Wellington for the same reason. Qantas were good - handed me credit.

Spent the arvo deleting beers, punting and cooking while video chatting my punting mates. Who needs the pub?
