Really tough decision this week and rough on Cane but I went for the three big points of difference this week who provided several big plays in many cases game changing.

Coles, dynamic on attack and vigorous all over the park.

            Clarke, nuff said.

Beauds, sorry for doubting you fella. So dangerous and so accurate in both attack and defence.

Special mention to Hodgman, Tuipulotu, ALB and Savea.

              Special mention to Hodgman,

He's come a long way. The improvement in his scrummaging is huge as is the appearance of his fitness levels. A well-deserved cap.

Clarke gets the headlines for a sensational game but for me the whole team stood out and it's hard to pick 3.

Went for Clarke, Pat T & ALB. That was a pretty green 4/5 combination and Pat T really stood up today and took responsibility.

Clarke, ALB and Cane. BB would likely have been up there if the ball had gone his way in the 2nd half.

ALB was sensational for me. So solid, mistake free and brilliant, a fucking rock.

Pick anyone else of Cane, Clarke, Coles, Smith, Richie, for the rest. BB great too, and while not in contention for this, PUJ looked right at place at this level.

Clarke and ALB, with Beauden edging Cane. Thought Coles, Savea, Vaai and Pat T looking good. Hodgman did well also.

                          First two are easy.

Caleb Clarke: Outstanding. Really impressive in all facets of Wing play. Looking very much at home at Test level and in the All Blacks environment.

Sam Cane: Superb again. High work rate. Precise execution. Constantly put Aussie under pressure.

Third vote hard. Lots of honourable mentions. Dane Coles reminded us that he still really is NZ's best Hooker. Hodgman excellent off the bench. Nugget doing so much well yet again. Savea, TJP, Mo'unga & ALB all much improved. Vaii'i looking at home at Test level.

But I gave my vote to Beauden Barrett. His vision and range of skills are astonishing. One of the Greats with a lot still to offer.

                            Tough gig this.

                            Clarke easily gets a vote.

Then its coin tosses between the skipper, savea, Smith, ALB, and BB. Oh and coles.

Cane and Clarke were obvious. You could throw a blanket over ALB, BB, Savea and Frizzell. Frizzell probably had his best game as an AB. Still not totally sold on our loosies

That pretty much sums up for me. I like our loosies but I also like the depth of Sotutu and Akira in the wings.
