I have no idea at all. Just can’t see how an organization as big as Renault could announce this without any sort of agreement from him.

Things couldn’t have gone much better for Red Bull/Max
Verstappen started in 14th because of an engine penalty, takes the lead in 18 laps and wins comfortably
Hamilton squeezed Alonso but the contact ends his own race. He admitted it was his error, no penalty though
Alonso’s comments were funny “This guy only knows how to drive starting first”
