Scott Barrett commits to New Zealand Rugby until the end of 2025
All Blacks forward Scott Barrett has signalled his intent to build on a stellar career in Aotearoa by re-signing with New Zealand Rugby until the end of 2025.
He plays his 100th game for the team in Fiji against Fijian Drua on 11 March 2023.

@Machpants Is this Under 20s SuperRugby just a small tournament among the Kiwi teams or is it kind of like a reserve grade?

The Super Rugby U20 tournament serves foremost as a selection process for the NZ Under 20s. It's not like a reserve grade.
In addition, the franchises' development teams are usually meant to give game time to full squad members that don't get game time during Super Rugby, until club rugby starts. Apart from full squad members, often Academy players will fill the remaining spots in the development teams.

@kiwi_expat I am of the belief that the NZ XV side which was coached by Leon Macdonald was close to what will be rolled out in the not too distant future. The Saders have started off fairly slow this year and the coach has experienced a few disruptions.
Yeah Razor has been missing for almost 2 weeks with his Wife's brother passing away.

Is this our reserve grade? Harford is captain, hopefully he gets plays into some form. Possibly a future 10 next year if he is able to replicated some of his form from last year.
