Chiefs v Rebels

@KiwiMurph yeah Rebels playing well, but Chiefs not helping themselves, no cohesion
-
Jacobsen just goes from poor to worse.

Christ this sucks so far. Chiefs been drinking from the same piss pond as the Highlanders.
Does anyone keep track of basic errors per game or just stupid plays or passes. Fuck me it seems to be an issue with NZ teams lately.

He's a weird player. Has never really kicked on as hoped.
-

I was going to post earlier that New Zealand teams seem to have an overabundance of really fucking thick players. And the last few seasons a real drop off in basic skills.
Case in point another pass to no one followed up by another knock on.

@antipodean I dunno if its a skills issue, more a dumb arse / decision making issue, always going for the low % play.

It's also a skill issue. The same players have rubbish hands every week. Blackwell, Tuipulotu, Laulala, Kirifi, PGS etc.
-
Really poor from the Rebels ,you’ve a knock on advantage which gives you free play to minipulate your field exit but instead you kick it straight back to Narawa who punishes you
-
Locks that can catch are rarer than moas in New Zealand.

I have a feeling some coaches need to watch Moneyball to get an insight into their teams makeup etc. I guess they figure Blackwell etc offer more than their weaknesses. Not sure.
