Have to say I was pleased to see Crusaders on news again last night. I thought it was good when Blues were doing it and think similar with Crusaders. All part of keeping rugby and super etc on the minds of people, personally think this kind of stuff is bloody good from all involved.

The end of the golden era? The big questions for the Crusaders to answer in 2024

The end of the golden era? The big questions for the Crusaders to answer in 2024

After a historically long period of dominance, it's hard to imagine the team being anything other than the gold standard.

Just heard on SENZ that Munster sold out their 15,000 seat ground for the Crusaders game in 20 mins, so they moved it to the local 40,000 seat Gaelic Football stadium and that also sold out. A tough ask for the Crusaders for a first preseason hit out in front of 40,000 rabid Munster fans. It should be fun. I hope we can watch in NZ?
Edit: It is the first 6 Nations weekend so Munster won't have their Test players. Will any All Blacks be available for the Saders?

No all the Allblacks plus Joe Moody and Sevu Reece are staying in NZ.

Crusaders v Munster will be live on Sky Sport 2, kick off 6am (NZT). For those outside of New Zealand, TG4 will have live TV coverage in Ireland and the match will be available worldwide on the TG4 Player and TG4 App.

Crusaders v Bristol won’t be broadcast on Sky. Streaming options are currently being worked through.

    https://www.stuff.co.nz/sport/350172473/super-rugby-pacific-crusaders-lose-leigh-halfpenny-serious-chest-injury

Welsh test centurion Leigh Halfpenny's future in Super Rugby Pacific is uncertain, after he suffered a serious chest injury against Munster in Ireland last Sunday morning (NZT).

The Crusaders have confirmed the fullback, who transferred to Christchurch after 101 appearances for Wales and four for the British and Irish Lions, tore a pectoral muscle during the 21-19 loss to Munster in Cork.
