The ball is going to be fizzing and darting around corners on day 5, I’ll be nervous if we’re chasing anything over 150-160

The commentators were grizzling about Bangles picking only one seamer. It's high risk, but I like it.

If we can play spin, we can win. It's all on us. IT's their edge - we have struggled against spin historically, so why not play to your strengths? Right now it's looking like a good decision for them (sadly)

    Williamson dropped easy one too,
But it is the right idea play some shots you poke around trying to pick up singles and defend then a ball is going to have your name on it sooner or latter.

Well well well, Williamson dropped at mid wicket.

Pretty easy catch really, should have been taken.

We need Kane to make them pay for that.

Huge period of pressure this. Most important period in the match so far. Been heart-in-mouth stuff for about 10 of the last 20 balls. The sort of action highlights packages algorithms totally ignore.

We might pay for leaking too many runs in the first session yesterday...

Had wondered if Philips should bat ahead of Blundell, but unfortunately it hasn't delayed his entrance much.

Williamson lucky again that should have been caught Lucky for us the fielder stayed on his heels instead of pressing forward quicker.

Mitch Jr. is the interesting position that if he reaches 10 not out in the second innings, his average will go past all of Sir Len Hutton, Sir Clyde Walcott and Sir Jack Hobbs.

He'll need to get to about 67 to stay ahead.

    Great work Kane.
Now time for Jamieson to show he can hold a stick.

Probably worth saving your breath criticising Kane's technique.
