White Lines seems pretty fun so far. Chick goes to Ibiza to try and solve her brothers murder is the basic premise. Some quirky characters and plenty of T & A. Shit it's a beautiful area, I bet the locals get annoyed with pissed and drugged up Brits constantly invading ( and in the case of several of the main characters, never leaving )

There is no chance of me liking that and then after two episodes I loved it! Do you know if they did a second series?

I saw the trailer for White Lines and was wondering whether it would be worthwhile. Will add it to my Netflix queue.
The Last Kingdom update: Midway through S2 and I think I'm actually starting to properly enjoy it and not just watching it because I was too lazy to push stop (which is what happened when I started watching S2).
I like his little gang, the Irish dude, the ass kicking Nun, Cedric (?), and the big Dane. Plus Alfred's big dude who is sometimes with them.
Uhtred is still an idiot sometimes, often matched by Alfred also being an idiot despite the fact he's supposed be a strategical genius.

Looking forward to this. Only re-watched Highlander the other day.

@antipodean Looks interesting. And Charlize...

Kingdom Season 2 - pretty cool after getting off to a bit of a slow start. Lot of long-pause shots that I can skip through made for fast watching. The great thing is I can't have my phone in front of me while watching on the PC or I miss the subtitles
Season 3 should be rad.

Mindhunter
Really trying to stick with this as I get to the end of season 1 but FFS it is sedate in its pacing. There are series that are more entertaining.
But not many better.

Halfway through the season of Hollywood and loving it. Plenty of nudity and bonking, snark and casting couch in movieland, set in the 1940s. Lighthearted, but deals with racism and bigotry and the choices people made to try and be a star. Mix of fictional and real life characters, great cast.

Sounds sensational. Will definitely give this a hoon after White Lines, only two episodes to go.

Putting it mildly. Really dreary after the ( admittedly extremely over the top ) Hannibal series......

Charlize is looking more and more "I'd like to speak to the manager" as every year passes......

Lazy Sunday viewing. Found the new version of Van der Valk.
Standard police procedural and although set in Amsterdam, the actors arenāt remotely Dutch.
Well made though and entertaining without being taxing.Have you seen any of the one off Maigret shows with Mr Bean? Surprisingly good.

Yes. Watched those as they came out. Very good
