    <p>On another note fuck Oram had good stats in tests. 36 batting average with 5 test tons (against <em>good</em> opposition too) is nothing to be sneezed at, and a 33 bowling average at an RPO of 2.3. If he had played 80+ matches instead of just 33 he could easily have ended up with 40/30 type stats which would put him up there with some of the best all rounders of all time. Gotta feel for the guy with all the bloody injuries he had.</p>

    <p>I remember Fleming battling to get that average a tick over 40, fantastic effort for someone with such a shocking conversion rate in tests. Most top order guys worth their salt would have double the amount he made, easy.</p>
