Haven't listened/watched yet but if Robinson is there then it's the latter

Clicked on it while making coffee, Robinson wanking on about Razor being a student of the game and no surprise he's gotten into coaching. Decided to switch it off and do paperwork instead.

There some comments from Robertson about overseas players. Sounds like he has been told to pull his head in. Lots of his usual management jargon but basically his fine with the current setup

He's a bit dim so I expect him to push for overseas players agin in a few months.. get told off.. reiterate his support for the current system.. repeat..

i don't think it's accurate to say Razor changed his mind on the eligibility, he always just wanted a broader case-by-case approach where guys who'd gotten say 30 or more caps (ie Mo'unga) & been playing in Super for many seasons prior would be given special exemptions to still represent ABs while playing over in Japan, no?

"thrown his support" behind the organisation who pay his huge salary.

    Noble and selfless

Always thought the most likely franchise he would end up at if he returned home would be MP.

Thought he approached Faingaanuku too, plus Frizzell. Not sure your narrative fits.

Frizell does for that criteria though.

I think the Fainga’anuku situation was different and more about getting him home/asking the age old question of why a young player had left etc.

Cool. He can now concentrate on developing the talent available to him. Just hope he hasn't wasted a year.

On different matter, got interesting message today that Caleb Tangitau, is going to seriously push for a AB spot, he's had contact with coaches already.
