My elder brother - then aged 17 - got so pissed off he put what he'd left on his plate into an envelope and asked my mother to post it to India.

On teh Green Screen clunky old Tornado we had 3 (4 on Ops) radios going at all times, and nothing 'cut' anything else off - they may drown it out. Same with the even older Sea King!
