Brumbies hot on attack, Canes do well to survive. That would have been hard to swallow. Only 1 point in it.

That last maul was everything wrong with the maul laws. If the defence drives you back 5 metres in the first instance you shouldn't get an advantage over letting them push past you then not be able to reform strongly to resist a second crack.
