Daily Stretching Routine

Being about 50 is fucken dandy for the clarity of mind and the wealth of experience but by christ the body clocks out from about 42 - 44.
It does it slowly and sneakily tooI need a daily stretching or calisthenics routine. Something to keep things moving and working and flexible
Any references, links, apps, or info hugely appreciated

There's a thing called Tac-Fit by a seppo called Scott Sonnon. He's (I think) a military bloke and his fitness regime is full of pseudo military talk and sounds. The actual workouts are brutal and likely not good if you're knocking on a bit (as I have found). However within the programme is a series of warm up and warm down routines that I have found very good for increasing mobility and suppleness.

Was doing 100 pressups a day but increased it to 200 from New Yearโs Day. I donโt think they look like these... must be doing it wrong
