What are you listening to, right now................

At one stage we were sitting in the main tent watching a mellow artist play an ok set when I could hear the percussion thumping from one of the other tents. So I decided to go and check the other tent out and came across Nahko and Medicine for the People - who I had never heard of, and they were one of the top three acts I saw all weekend. This is "Black as NIght".

The other performance in my top 3 was Michael Franti and Spearhead. Franti has definitely changed from his Disposable Heroes of Hiphoprisy days, hell even since I last saw them about 7 years ago. They ended their set with singing over a bunch of dance tracks on an Apple computer which was kind of funny. I can't find a decent live clip so this one will do.

Went to the Michael Buble concert last night - was a great show as usual, with Naturally 7 as the support.

They're an acapella style group who make the sounds of instruments with their voices. They did a really moving version of Coldplay's "Fix You" - it was much better in the arena than this feed, which I think is from the mixing desk so it lacks a bit of the venue feel:

EDIT: This one probably does it slightly more justice from a "live" point of view.
