@JK love how holding it at the top is cake for those guys - it's just getting the bar/weight up there that is slightly challenging!!
On a side note we've had a few big boppers lifting in our gym lately. Mainly big numbers on squats - but watching 240kg+ move for reps is some trippy shit. And that is light weight compared to what you'd see at the big power-lifting events, let alone something like the Arnold Classic.

The mountain did that last lift pretty easily when you consider how much weight was on there. Amazing stuff. He's also only about 30 so there's room for improvement too !!

Not sure if you've caught any of his content but I just found out Larry Wheels is like 23 years old!! He's one of those young-old mofo's. He's a juicer but up front (as if he could hide it lol) and an entertaining guy. He puts up HUGE numbers, but still a ways off guys like the Mountain.

Ironically enough he actually looks smaller in GOT than he does when he is competing. His girlfriend is about 5 foot fuck all and 45kg as well. He could use her as a dumbbell.
