Message to World Rugby

Great Autumn of fixtures and match-ups.
But is it too much to ask for to get all the international referees from both hemispheres in the same room at the same time so you can once and for all get consistency in interpretation and ruling?
If you're already doing it, you're failing.

And schedule games so people can watch 2 or 3 on the trot, rather than having six sequentially kick off 30 mins after each other. How anyone watches rugby in a pub without fisticuffs is beyond me.
Along the same lines I wouldn't mind them looking at moving at least one fixture to Friday night or Sunday afternoon like they do with the 6N.

I think throwing Gardner under the bus this year then giving him ref of the year shows it ain’t a hemisphere thing.
Also very little card in the EOYT thrn Gosper moans publically that’s wasn’t enough.

Oh, and spend some time explaining the rules to (mainly NH) rugby journalists....

Rugby is great soap opera at the moment. Very unpredictable. The ball is in play a lot more than it used to be. Despite going Professional, the game retains it sense of fun and values. Lots of good guys in every international team at moment. No hatiest team at the moment, but Owen Farrell and Krusty are the pantomime villains.
Requests:
- Avoid scheduling international games at the same time.
- Less random and clearer referreeing.
- Better training for TV analysts and commentators. Matt Dawson and Nigel Yalden on the radio are a step above their TV peers.
- Train up and licence TV producers like NFL do. Some of the camera work this Autumn has been embarrassing.
- Bring back proper rucking. Those that lie all over the ball can be pushed out of the way.

They'll never bring back rucking. It's OK at adult level, but most rugby is played by kids. And for them rucking is merely an excuse to shoe someone who is vaguely in the way. Mums aren't going to wear having their kid trod on, no matter how much the purists want it.
I once penalised a kid for yelling out "Ruck him" when it was a maul.

The awards aren't given by WR, but by panels consisting of (former) players and refs.

to be fair, that's all it is at senior level as well "trample him until he gets off the ball" and i am far from convinced bringing back rucking will do anything to speed up ball.

We can forget rucking , it’s never going to happen ,
It looks too violent for people that are not brought up on it , it’s a thing of the past now .

So next window I'm expecting more chaos, despite my wish that this November should set the card-braying level.

Yeah, back in the day I used to check out my back and sides after a game and wonder how the fuck I'd got all the stripes. I don't know what all the fuss is about rucking, it doesn't really work does it. Does it make forwards feel tough?
