Bangles take the first session easily. 122 runs is a great start to their day.

That's a gun hundred, run a ball and only 5 overs after lunch. Treating us with disdain

When in doubt, bounce 'em out

Is Craig McMillan the bowling coach?

5 wickets in that session with short balls and long hops, and we are back in front

    Wagner snears a 5fer. All out 234.

That could have gone massively sideways without Wags today.

If Jeet Raval can't manage a test ton in this series then he'll never get one.

    harsh and so true.

then again if he has a test career scoring between 30-45 every single innings I'd probably be happy.

Yeah, if he doesn't he'll probably be the best ever test opener to not score a ton.

Only saw highlights but that looked like some century from Iqbal. Would've been good to watch

This time it was Latham who tried to gift his wicket late in the day. Fortunately for him the Bangles couldn't take the catch

@MN5 Yup, as long as he sees off the new ball I couldn't care less if ever scored a test century or not.

and he's currently 38th on the Test batting rankings. Not bad!

a ton would be the icing on the cake

@nzzp 4 batsmen in the top 20 and 3 bowlers in the top 15!!!!

I actually think the individual rankings are largely a crock but even so- it does support the argument that this is a golden age for us.

    Taylor at 19 though........

Latham only 12 away from 3000 test runs.

Raval only 49 away from a maiden ton, 47 away from 1000 year runs.

carn the lads!!! big partnership here !!!!

I'll just continue talking to myself....

last 10 overs have gone for 50. The boys sure aren't there to fuck spiders and they're looking good....

...according to the match tracker at least.

"Taking Tamim out of the picture, it seems hard to believe Bangladesh only managed 108/9 on this wicket, it just looks so easy out there."
