That's a great read thanks @Stockcar86
A problem that will never be solved when too many people have too many fingers in too many pies.

@antipodean I read some comments from a german (Merkel supporter) that said that post was bullshit.
A guy from the opposition wants him gone because he's threatening German companies. Merkel said nothing to that effect. I will concede that the Social Democrats, one of the parties in the government coalition, called him a total diplomatic blackout .

Late Friday Document Dump Dept.
Mueller Report is now officially concluded; it’s been sent to the Attorney-General.
NBC and other lib media are preparing their cult audience and reporting there won’t be any indictments coming down.
Lib twitter is going crazy accusing Mueller as having been “compromised” by Vlad Putin.
What. A. Joke.
Biggest national security scam since WMD.
-
How is mainstream news media around the world going to deal with this...? (They’ll pretend it never happened.)
-
Right now, Associated Press, New York Times and CNN all reporting that Mueller will not be recommending any new charges.
Department of Justice is confirming that no Mueller interviews were refused.
-
This is a day of reckoning.
If there’s ever a good time to wait up for Trump’s tweets, tonight could very well be The Night...

CNN is in full spin mode.

I hope history records that these deep state scammers and their idiot press stenoographers hated Trump so much they were willing to start a war with Russia. What still irks me is that press agencies & organizations around the world, including NZH almost daily, regurgitated this garbage and pretended it was high-minded seriousness and that anybody who questioned the paranoid Democratic Party conspiracy theory orthodoxy could only have been an alt-right racist.

There will no accountability on the part of the press - none.
There may be accountability for those who opened this investigation if it is determined by AG Barr that the the FBI or DOJ under Obama were acting with political intent.

It's official: Russiagate is this generation's WMD
The Iraq war faceplant damaged the reputation of the press. Russiagate just destroyed it
-
@Tim That is a superb article Tim. Thanks for posting that.
I am wondering if Russiagate was a story seeded in the eager Trump hating US media bloodstream to cover up another purpose. Clearly it was intended to harm Trump's Presidency, but I also wonder if there were certain actions (i.e, illegal surveillance on an opposition campaign) that needed ex-post-facto justification.
To put it another way, I wonder if the scandal is bigger than just lying press. I am hoping Barr investigates this fully. I mean it's not like Brennan has a history of surveillance overreach is it?

What I’ve been saying for two years, biggest natsec scam since WMD — manufactured and peddled by many of the same set of deep state spooks who now infiltrate every layer of mainstream American news media.
They’ve hated Trump ever since he said on the stump and in debates that Iraq was a disaster and “they lied and they knew they were lying” about WMD.
Adding: Taibbi is one of a very-very-very small subset of liberal leftists in the States who never bought the Russiagate conspiracy and have been copping abuse and accusations of being Putin’s puppets for two years because they refused to drink the koolaid. Taibbi was there with Greenwald, Mike Tracey, Aaron Mate, Tim Pool, Max Blumenthal and Jimmy Dore, and that was about the extent of it. None of those guys likes Trump, but they’ve called bullshit on the mass delusion. So right now is very interesting watching their twitter feeds as they unleash the Kraken.

The best guy to follow throughout this whole thing has been Andrew McCarthy. He's hardly a Trump partisan and he's a former high profile prosecutor.. unfortunately his writing style is about as interesting as you'd expect from a lawyer:
The next step is an investigation into the investigation. Some will claim that's hyper divisive, however I think it's important.
Any suggestion that a sitting administration used the power of the security agencies to undermine a political opponent is incredibly serious. It's banana republic level shit.
If it didn't happen, clear peoples names. If it did happen, put people in jail
