Hurricanes vs Chiefs

BB's kicking's been good tonite in the conditions.

Rush defence of canes very good, risky with all the space chase leaves on the wing he can't cover, but man after a low patch it was good for the canes. Attack great, but that's a given for the canes. Chiefs, ummm ALB was great, and they had a good period with scrum and lineout was good

Dare I say they're clearly missing Liam, Sam and Lats. Oh and a quality first five-eighth.

Now for the sharks to smash the tahs my most hated team

@antipodean sorry Hooper shits me

Yeah it's time to move Chase out tbh. He is okay but lacks gas to compete at the back and is often caught out on defence. Lam will come back in on the left for the next game and we will most likely field our best backline so far this season.
Was happy to see Aumua get through 60 odd minutes. He was solid and showed his true strength at times. Still doesn't look like the freak athlete that turned Bridge inside out a few years ago.

Jordie managed 200m, 2 tries, 2 assists, 2 clean breaks, 11 defenders beaten, and 3 offloads. So yeah not bad
Yeah he had a monster of a game. Really showcased the talents that got him into the ABs - he's a freak when on form.

Might be a little difficult given they have just signed him for another two more years.

I always see people on Facebook talking about how Laumape is so much better than ALB. So much shit co ALB is insane. Only he could be in a shit team and still stand out so well.
ALB is something else, has been easily the form centre this year. I'd lock ALB and Goodhue into the 23 now.
I think Laumape is more competing with the other power players - SBW/Nonu. All three have shown form this year so that's going to be a hell of a shit fight to get into the WC squad.

@Higgins they may not be the smartest signing
There have been a number of Hurricanes signings that you could file under the same statement. Maybe the finger might finally be pointed at the Recruitment and Development Manager. Some of the selections in the Hurricanes Development Team are puzzling as well.
