@nzzp there was one replay last night that clearly showed seperation. I am pretty sure it was shown at the same time the commentator was saying "it's a try every day of the week".

That photo is after the grounding.
I saw possible separation on one of the replays but not clear and obvious. Even so the ball didn’t trace out of the hand toward the dead ball line so wasn’t a lost forward. It went straight down.

It would be good if we all got to see these angles and save all of the controversy over these decisions. Surely the broadcaster can just play what they are showing the TMO?

I saw a clear and obvious separation in the last shot of the replay. But obviously, that was in slow motion.

The conspiracy theorist in me wonders if the extra camera angle story has been crafted to avoid a controversy like we had last week.

@Crazy-Horse Are you doubting the journalistic integrity of Stuff?

Kidding, but if they would just show it all (so to speak) it would remove some of the issues and lack of trust that we have in TMOs. Then again it might make it worse!

His hand is passed the ball which indicates that the ball has already been put down..... after he puts the ball down ofc his hand is separated

The tackle is over the top of the shoulder thus probably should be a penalty try anyway.
