Coffee
-
We used to have a Starbucks in our cafeteria and I would have 8 or more a day because free coffee. Even if it had been good coffee that's way too many and I used to get withdrawal headaches at the weekends when I only had a couple a day. Don't do that, kids.
Now I have one flat white a day when I'm in NZ and none in the UK, where the coffee is generally mediocre. One of the reasons I always look forward to NZ, because I love a good cup.
@mariner4life ditto, I never have coffee in the afternoons / evenings.

you can also read that there is no upper limit. Basically have whatever you want that makes you feel good
- Breakfast. Pick one up on the way to work. 10.30
Never after 12. No, check that, very very rarely after 12.
What do you have as a pickup for the after lunch drowsiness?
work out at lunchtime helps. But i usually have a tea of some description mid-arvo. Herbal or black depending on how long since i was in China. No sugar no milk in that.

Up until 3 weeks ago one black plunger coffee a day, but my new minion at work goes to 7/11 and gets $1 coffee each day so I’ve been having those. Surprisingly good for $1 - although free for the month of August with your own cup!!!
I generally have a mocha on the weekend.

When you guys are hungover (like I am today due to being in Auckland for a birthday last night) do you find Coffee just makes the heart rattle along like the clappers?
not that i have noticed. Generally don't come to life until after one though
I know i am really hungover when i don't feel like coffee.

I hear that. More like "I'm too scared to have a coffee"

@mariner4life Queensland bogans too tough to have a bit of chocolate in their coffee?
Actually doesn’t @Rancid-Schnitzel put honey in his? Edit: And skim milk!!! Can i borrow your gif?

As someone that exports coffee, you can never drink enough. I'd ignore a swimming coach on this topic that advises you otherwise.

where's the Fern bulk buying discount?
Also, I've cut back to about 3-4 a day. If I'm meetinga lot of people in cafes, I switch to decaf... otherwise get the jitters. I try not to after lunch, but sometimes it just happens...

I'd average 3 black coffees a day - most often plunger coffee and stronk af. I'm a dirty V drinker so I tend to have a can of that pretty regularly. Do try and watch out on the caffeine intake as we often take pre-workout at the gym and that shit has a bunch of caffeine.
I've definitely had days where I know I've had too much, but I'm not that great at drinking water regularly so I reckon that doesn't help.
But I've got a small child that likes to F with dad's sleep so unless I scull a strong coffee right before bed I have zero issues falling asleep. Unlike my missus who can't have coffee after midday or she'll be up all night. Wuss.

I have to watch my figure. I'm also too cheap to buy sugarines. Anyway, you can't equate that with hot chocolate milk. So gåy.

What's the point of decaf? The caf is the only reason for drinking it!
Once visited family in Germany and had a very early flight home. My uncle being a typical German packed a thermos with coffee. Had two of them and was wondering why it was having no effect. He later casually mentioned it was bloody decaf. It's as useless as non-alcoholic beer.
