Mindhunter
Really trying to stick with this as I get to the end of season 1 but FFS it is sedate in its pacing. There are series that are more entertaining.
Bloody loved it. Reading John Douglas's books years ago may have helped
It's a great show, gets close to my top 10.
The Last Kingdom update: Liked most of S2 then was liking S3 and then it just went a bit plot crazy. It feels like characters are doing stuff not because of their character but because of where the plot wants them to be. I think I'm still only halfway through S3. The fact it's 8 episode seasons makes it an easier watch.

Finished Upload...enjoyable series, not great, but enjoyable.
Well left for S2.

Manhunt:Unabomber is a good watch too.

Halfway through the season of Hollywood and loving it.
We started watching last night. Def. got us hooked.
-
@Victor-Meldrew I think Dylan McDermott was my fave on the show. He had such a Clark Gable lovable rogue air. Actually all the older actors got some good snark/winks in.

@Nepia makes sense then
I've been putting off getting Amazon due to too many streaming services so far and I don't particularly care for their business practices, but I think I'm going to have to bite the bullet as there's too many shows I want to check out.
We get the TV with our household Amazon Prime.
Personally prefer Netflix. Seems to have fresher, classier stuff

Streaming seems to have given a lease of life to some of the older actors, e.g. Woody Harrelson, Costner & Kathy Bates in The Highwaymen

Watched the first episode of Space Force. It was...ok? I guess I was expecting it to be sharper or wittier or something to make use of that cast.
Edit to add: I watched the second episode to see if it improved, and it was definitely better. But this show doesn't seem to know what it wants to be, goofy or biting satire or cutesy so it's a kind of a weird mash up of all three.

Done and dusted with White Lines
I had to watch it to find out what happened, now I know I wish I hadn’t bothered. Some pretty lazy writing and massive character inconsistencies relegate it to a pretty average TV series overall after a really good start.
Nice locations and T & A though

@MN5 well, fuck. It's shaping up nicely after a couple of episodes too....I guess the stereotypical goons should be a giveaway....
You love disagreeing with me on most things so chances are it’ll be the best TV show you’ve ever seen

This article popped up in a Flipboard feed. A list of shows to watch if you liked Justified.
Plenty of ones I already know but agree on their quality which makes me want to check out the others.
Deadwood
Get Shorty
Banshee
Jett (haven't seen this but looks good)
Godless
The Shield
Hap and Leonard
Perpetual Grace Ltd (never heard of it but looks good)
Wyonna Earp
Longmire -
@Bones I Might have a look at that, I like James Purefoy in most things.
I cant recall if it was Wynona Earp or the Van Helsing series I had a look at (May have been the latter) and didnt bother with.
Longmire is good (Katee Sackoff) Godless was decent (Michelle Dockery) Deadwood was what made me decide to watch Justified.
I started Perpetual Grace and just didnt get into it.
