FAT BASTARD ROLL CALL
-
OK lads, who is still fat busting from day one? And if you're not, give us your reason why. And if you are, new goals etc.

Sooo, me still FBing at full noise, weighed in at 95.8 the other morning, down from 118 two years ago. Rowing, rowing, rowing and the odd weights session thrown in for shits n giggles...

TOTAL WEIGHT LOSS:Â 22.2 kg -
I'm in but only started 3 weeks ago. Doing Wesley Weight Loss, basically a medically controlled program of weight loss (replacement shakes starters, then reintroducing foods through an education program). Currently walking every day for about 45 mins at a brisk pace (huff and puff a bit, but can still talk).

Just weighed in at 109.6 starting at 118 three weeks ago, so have lost 8.4 kgs. -
Somebody called?

Had a cross training elliptical thingy delivered this morning ... the bike they had trouble putting together so they will return later with one that can be put together ...

I start tomorrow or tonight if the wife gets the whip out ...

I am a pear shaped 86ish kgs and wanting to be mid to high 70's. -
Still going, and still on a mission.

My starting weight on here says 108kgs but those scales must have been out by a mile. I know when I started newjob that I was around the 120kgs mark.

Weigh in yesterday morning at 105kgs

Total Weight Loss Of 15kgs -
started ages ago, and at the time I devised a sprint training routine that also doubled as an effective way of getting in shape for my weekly touch footy game, and was devastatingly effective at deleting my rather stubborn beer gut. When I first started, I was 100 kgs, and after some months (can't remember exactly how many), was down to a trim 93 kgs. Unfortunately, the running-intensive regime was also devastatingly hard on my knees, and I had to take a break.

As a result, I ballooned back out to 100kg, though I've reigned this weight back now to 98kg in the last couple of weeks just by trying to avoid eating too much fatty stuff. I am still playing Monday night footy (duration 1 hr), and Wednesday night tennis (duration 1 hr 30 min), which is better than nothing. However, I need to get back into some form of (almost) daily activity, that doesn't rely so heavily on running. Feel free to throw suggestions at me.

Bartman, well done on your continuing success.ÂYour dedication to the cause is an inspiration to all fatbusters. <img src='http://www.daimenhutchison.com/invision/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' />
starting wieght - 99kg
current - 96kg

target 90kg

Have in the past few weeks started some high intensity anaerobic stuff, 20-30 mins of non-stop exercise, inc short sprints, lunges, push ups, step ups, sit ups etc, and where possible, holding a pair of 3kg dumbells.

Plus I play Twilight Hockey each week, 2 games of 30 mins pretty hard out stuff. -

Very early days for me Red Bull but the exercycle is easy on the joints...

Ill 2nd that,great work Bart -
I find it quite intriguing that the person largely responsible for starting this whole fatbusters thingy has seemingly slinked off into the night to fondle his beloved Teddy to death, and hasn't been seen around these parts for months :nta

Emma....anyone seen EmmaVeeJay? -
Hmmmm... Well, I suppose I never wrote up here but have been fatbusting like crazy last couple of months.

Starting weight.. 89kg
End weigh... 86.6 kg

Fat busted... FUCK ALL.

pretty tough this losing weight gig. Run 3-4 times a week, been completely sans booze & eating health (ier) food.

Rather demotivating. But I shall continuer after blowing off some steam this after Sunday's half marathong. Aim is sub 80kg. Target completion is 30th in September. -

On a long term mission to 78kgs. Started at around 85-86kgs a year ago, now around 81-82 and slowly working my way down.

You often hear your supposed to lose the weight at the same rate you put it on,which for me would be about 2 kg's a year....fark that! -

What scares me about that, is you play in the front row <img src='http://www.daimenhutchison.com/invision/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/laugh.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' />

Or have you given up rugby? -

I'm currently retired, although that could always change in future years! -
Well, at my peak the scales reported somewhere near 130kg
That was about two years ago

When I decided to make a genuine effort with bike and eating, I was 125kg :shifty:

When I got on the scales this morning, they pointed at 112kg <img src='http://www.daimenhutchison.com/invision/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' />

The goal is 100kg

You could look at it as 13kg in total I suppose... But overall, it feels good to say 18kg  -
I have a different agenda - i.e. putting on weight for rugby.

Start weight about 86-7kgs,

Weight now is about 91.5kgs

Aim is to get to about 94kgs for the beginning of next season.

4-5 kgs gain.
