Still going, and still on a mission.

My starting weight on here says 108kgs but those scales must have been out by a mile. I know when I started newjob that I was around the 120kgs mark.

Weigh in yesterday morning at 105kgs
started ages ago, and at the time I devised a sprint training routine that also doubled as an effective way of getting in shape for my weekly touch footy game, and was devastatingly effective at deleting my rather stubborn beer gut. When I first started, I was 100 kgs, and after some months (can't remember exactly how many), was down to a trim 93 kgs. Unfortunately, the running-intensive regime was also devastatingly hard on my knees, and I had to take a break.

As a result, I ballooned back out to 100kg, though I've reigned this weight back now to 98kg in the last couple of weeks just by trying to avoid eating too much fatty stuff. I am still playing Monday night footy (duration 1 hr), and Wednesday night tennis (duration 1 hr 30 min), which is better than nothing. However, I need to get back into some form of (almost) daily activity, that doesn't rely so heavily on running. Feel free to throw suggestions at me.

Started on 1st January, at present just eating better and upping the exercise,

starting wieght - 99kg
current - 96kg

target 90kg

Have in the past few weeks started some high intensity anaerobic stuff, 20-30 mins of non-stop exercise, inc short sprints, lunges, push ups, step ups, sit ups etc, and where possible, holding a pair of 3kg dumbells.

Plus I play Twilight Hockey each week, 2 games of 30 mins pretty hard out stuff.

I find it quite intriguing that the person largely responsible for starting this whole fatbusters thingy has seemingly slinked off into the night to fondle his beloved Teddy to death, and hasn't been seen around these parts for months :nta

Emma....anyone seen EmmaVeeJay?

    End weigh... 86.6 kg

Fat busted... FUCK ALL.

pretty tough this losing weight gig.ร‚ย Run 3-4 times a week,ร‚ย been completely sans booze & eating health (ier) food.

Rather demotivating.ร‚ย But I shall continuer after blowing off some steam this after Sunday's half marathong.ร‚ย Aim is sub 80kg.ร‚ย ร‚ย Target completion is 30th in September.

On a long term mission to 78kgs. Started at around 85-86kgs a year ago, now around 81-82 and slowly working my way down.

What scares me about that, is you play in the front rowร‚ย <img src='http://www.daimenhutchison.com/invision/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/laugh.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' />
Too many distractions in the last 3 months to make downward progress but the spirit is still willing.

Well, at my peak the scales reported somewhere near 130kg ๐Ÿ˜• That was about two years ago

When I decided to make a genuine effort with bike and eating, I was 125kg :shifty:

When I got on the scales this morning, they pointed at 112kg <img src='http://www.daimenhutchison.com/invision/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' />

The goal is 100kg

You could look at it as 13kg in total I suppose... But overall, it feels good to say 18kg
Start weight about 86-7kgs,

Weight now is about 91.5kgs

Aim is to get to about 94kgs for the beginning of next season.

4-5 kgs gain.
