6 glass? Whizza? I think the later is known by many names
can't bounce a bounce or skip a skip!!
Broooo.... that's whiz, boing, bounce. You can bounce a bounce, but you can't boing a bounce. And a skip is a bounce.
Also played as yeehaaa, whoaback, fuck that sheep amongst other variations

@voodoo Yeah Slaps is great too. Can you confirm Hey Gary is a Palmy thing?
Can't confirm we invented it, but certainly played it many times, and the compulsory monotone sure has an air of Palmy about it
I don't know of "Hey Gary"... rules please?
"Fingers on the glass" was a great one for soon after Uni, when I was broke, but drinking with a mate and his circle of moneyed up friends. So easy to finesse that I'd lose the right rounds to drink free piss, but never need to pay for one.So good to have a New Year's party years after Uni, and bring out all the old drinking games. It's amazing how you slide straight back into instinctively using elbows for pointing, etc.

@kruse "Hey Gary"
Everyone is Gary....to start. Routine goes:
"Hey Gary" (Look at a Gary)
"Yeah Gary" (That Gary responds)
"Tell Gary" (nod/gesture at another Gary)That's it. Any mistake or departure from the script and that person becomes "One Finger" and must hold a finger in front of one eye.
"Hey Gary"
"Yeah Gary"
"Tell One Finger""Hey Gary"
"Yeah One Finger"
"Tell Gary"And so on. One Finger becomes two, becomes three, becomes four, becomes One Eye, One Eye One Finger....until No Eyes.
That's how I remember it.

Cheers.
But yeah, shit - I don't think I ever encountered that. Or, I was so bad at it that I don't remember.
Kinda similar to "Spots"... where every mistake is punished with a burnt wine-cork applied to the face, and therefore "No-Spots" becoming "1-Spot", "2-Spots", etc... -

Anyone doing it?
It seems not.
I do quite like how the Fern took a "is anybody going to abstain booze for a month" thread,
and where the correct answer was just a single "no",
... the thread has actually become a near celebration on how much everybody else is drinking, has drunk, will be drinking, and every other method of encouraging binge-drinking.
If I was a fucking nerd, I'd be saying... "This is the way". -

It’s still July right?
ooh.. how did that one taste?
This stuff is a fantastic unknown. Didn’t realise anyone in NZ was making it until I went to order some cider.
To make this they must also be making some very nice “calvados” as well. Pommeau is a mix of calvados and apple juice which is then aged in oak for at least two years.
I like it straight but traditionally an aperitif. Can have over ice with soda or cider. Topped up with champagne is very good too. -

I had to had a couple of Emersons to wash down the ribs at Lone Star last night, she was a struggle, but I finished them (the ribs were a struggle, beers went down too easily)
Oh, good on you though @voodoo er, better man than I
although what was you reason for doing this?

Just need to get a bit healthier. Been drinking way too much, am carrying too many kgs.
Likely I won't last the distance, but if I can do a chunk of it then it's got to help!
