We have Kaino/Luatua and Read. Retallick hardly takes lineout ball. Our lineout has been very good this season and you could just as easily blame Coles for the fiasco tonight.

I'm just saying a player doesn't have to be good at the lineout to be a lock. I think Retallick is fine in the lineout, Hansen just doesn't use him there.

So, to be fair, neither Matt Todd or Sam Cane, was playing tonight.
 
So the only person Ardie outplayed was Dan Pryor given he was the highlanders 7 tonight but just maybe Luke Whitelock's and Elliot Dixon's rep takes a bit of a hit because as a trio they were well outplayed by the Sheilds/Ardie/Vito trio tonight.
 
Interesting that some talk up Dixon as a AB but against a similarly talked up AB (Ardie), a guy simply marking time (Vito) and a guy not mentioned in AB contention in 2016 (Brad), in a big game, he didn't stand out at all.
