Will Smith slap

@paekakboyz yeah, thats what i was trying to say, normally im a bit of a smith fan but that was a bit fucked up
-
@kiwiwomble I'm the same. this is so far beyond character for him it's mental. Saw a meme about Smith cussing more in 60 seconds than he did in his 10 year rap career.
So, does he get arrested? charged? Move with his auntie and uncle in Bel-Air? -
@paekakboyz saw a headline where Rock has said he wont lay charges

Probably did a stunt slap. Just for the wife's benefit. Someone owes someone a beer or two

Batman movie is pretty good.
Real se7en light vibes and a well put together story with actual detective shit going on.
Some of the shots were amazing. Were a couple of clunky scenes and one silly âwhite people badâ line, but 99% was well done.
Son loved it, discarded the shit out of my daughter.
4 out 5 batarangs
gone back to this, generally agree with everything
what was the silly line?

That was cringy as fuck. Smith is laughing at a pretty average Oscars joke while his wife ain't pleased. Nek minnit he's up slapping Rock and still wound up enough to yell out and swear at Rock from his seat.
Itâs almost like he paused and asked himself âhow would a heterosexual man reactâ? Needed a director to tell him dial it back a bit

this whole thing is pretty weird, it was a very tame joke that set him off, agreed Rock took it very well...but was also very flustered afterwards....and smith has apologies so i dont think it was staged...just very strange
Sorry Will, a movie about the Williams family wonât be particularly high on my list of must see flicks.
Jesus Christ, what happened to the days of the Deer Hunter, Jaws, Schindlerâs List, Saving Private Ryan etc ? Aside from Dune this list looks fucken shithouse especially Jane Campions effort. We had gay cowboys with Brokeback Mountain.
Yeah back in the day these films weren't necessarily blockbusters, but they were mainstream and people had actually seen them and could cheer on their favourites. Now they're generally films that nobody has seen or wants to see. That ain't good.
I didnât even love Dune quite as much as I hoped but itâs sooooooo far away the best of the bunch itâs not funny.
This isnât a recent thing though. Monsters Ball and Three billboards or whatever it was called were astonishingly boring âdramasâ yet worthy of Oscar thrashwanks
No it's been going on for a while. It's a shame. Used to love the Oscars.

Yeah definitely, Smith looks like he's trying to stifle a laugh when he's walking away and the whole slapping action from Smith's weird "I'll teach you a lesson boy" stance to Rock swinging his head back like he's been slapped in a wrestling ring.

The people going up to comfort Smith (wtf he was the one who took a swing) didn't seem to think it was an act. Bizarre

Agreed the slap itself looked stagedâŠbut his shouting when back in his seat and rock reaction didnâtâŠ

That's the thing with actors and actresses. You never know when it's all just an act....
