Two-hundred million dollars. USD.

@Kid-Chocolate You'd be thrilled as a shareholder wouldn't you? Burning money on people who are clearly unhinged when there's plenty of comparatively stable people you can hire.

I'm guessing Snyder didn't realise how unhinged he was way back when they originally hired him. I think he was hired nearly 10 years ago now.
I assume they can't write it off for tax like Bat-girl and Scooby otherwise they would have done that.

Takes so long for these things to go from idea to release that people can change a lot in that time. Quite a risk to take and possibly why 'names' are used that already have stable back histories.

Thirteen Lives
On Amazon Prime, the story of the rescue of the Thai soccer team in the cave.
Rin Howard is a masterful story teller.

I was gonna watch that but I already know how it ends so I don’t think I’ll bother.

Watched a shitty VHS rip of one of Ebert and Siskel’s “Dogs of the Week”: Fighting Back (1982). Tom Skerritt in a De Laurentis produced Death Wish knock off.
Not bad at all, despite a confusing subplot, and a terrible rip.
Ebert was such a middlebrow dunce, despite being a good writer.
