    Murder she wro…

Another one who I could have sworn died years ago.

Forgivable as she seems to have been on the screen since movies began...

Didn't even know she was British and was Dame Angela Lansbury.

Evacuated in WWII apparently - just read her wiki. Had a far more interesting life than most people would imagine. Rescued her daughter from Charles Manson's clutches apparently.

@Victor-Meldrew yeah it was on the news saying I thought she was a Brit and they immediately said her family fled the blitz.

    Well he’s not anymore.

I didn’t either. Seems to be a lot of those on here this year.

Yeah bit of an awkward one. His music ( to me ) was never good enough to make me forget that he was essentially a creepy paedo to be honest.

Sounded like a very unlikeable arsehole too.

    Mimi Parker from Low.
Shit... they were still pumping out excellent albums.
I know what tomorrow's soundtrack is going to be....

(If you don't know them - don't judge by the first minute of any song... they're a fucking excellent mixture of pregnant silences, heavy-as-fuck distortion, and sloooow build-ups to pay-offs.)
Or, if you need celebrity endorsement....

Jesus Christ, I thought for a sec Robert Plant had passed away.

Don’t ever do that again @Kruse

RIP indeed. One of the underrated riff masters of the great instrument.

Happy memories of car rides with the old man in the 80s listening to them. Awesome band.

    Love his work here.
