Soundgarden and the estate of Chris and Vicky Cornell have reached an amicable out-of-court resolution, ending their long-running dispute.
Great news.
Hopefully it’s more like their stuff from their glory days rather than sappy shit like his cover of GnRs worst song.

Iron Maiden…..
Two songs about 40 years apart and both absolutely kick arse. I cannot think of another group who have been as consistently awesome as these guys have for as long as they have.
Mind you, Metallica might say “hold my beer” with their latest release ( even then they didn’t start as early as IM )

They found a formula and didn’t fuck with it. Same with AC/DC ( also replacing one awesome singer with another )
Contrast that with the Chillis who ditched the psychedelic/thrash/funk/rock/rap fusion and decided to make radio friendly pop with every second word being “California” urgghhhhhhh.
