Fucken ace, Lima is back! Does anyone know what's actually wrong with Pryor/Christie/Lentjes?

Pryor in particular. Last I read it was a "knee", but can't recall anything else. He'd be a welcome addition.

Christie was ruled out with illness a few weeks back.

@Stargazer that article whilst interesting in the sense that it mentions a "mystery illness", it doesn't tell us anything about his prognosis and whether we will actually see him this season.

@ACT-Crusader Dan Pryor suffered an ACL injury early in the 2016 Mitre 10 Cup season (26 August, v Auckland) and has had surgery. He was expected to be available in April/May.

@ACT-Crusader think he may have reaggravated it as I had heard several weeks back when the highlanders were in Aus he had been called over as cover, but not been seen and apparently still injured...although based on the injury maybe they said his name when they meant another?

This is a crucial game for the Highlanders. If we win this they we'll practically seal 4th place in NZ conference. If we lose then we're only a game ahead of the Blues.

It's never that easy in Perth. On the plus side, they have just traveled back from Argentina, so it should be a fair fight.

That's because the Highlanders are refusing to give any information about it. Which is shit.

Or maybe Christie himself would like to keep his medical information confidential and they are respecting that wish. Doctor-patient confidentiality. The public doesn't have a right to know.

    @Smudge
You got your scrivener hat on when you say that Smudge?

Been mighty impressed with the lads in SA. Missed the first game and was fucked off with myself for looking away. Bulls game showed a fair bit of character to follow up so well and full cred Mala for giving the lads the win. He runs hot and cold but you're better off with him

All that in Saffa land with no accounts either - team's playing for the each other and the staff by the looks.

    Aaron's not come right though.

Glimpses but sporadic and he's defo still a positive contributor, but we've seen him better. Hope he has a good try track and weather tonight. hope he comes right, you don't want a lousy knee trembler in the bogs to define your career.

Force will be full on I'd guess after an underdog win but, frankly , I've given up presuming how Aussie teams play these days

Good luck to the lads on an away sweep. This Highlanders team from the past 5 years gives it's fans good entertainment, spectacular things often, and always with an effort and willingness that's obvious to the fans that they're havin a real go, even in defeat.

Good lads, and handy that most talk about the other teams (bunch a fluffybunnies the lot of them too by the way), as the southerners quietly go about their business

    Hope we win now

Yeah, unless they court publicity, they're lives should only really be on show when they got their boots on - training and games

More kicking in 18 minutes of this game than in the whole Cannes game.

Very nice try. Fekitoa had a nice touch.

@Damo Yeah, not many rugby balls being kicked at Cannes this time of year. 😉

Right on half time and up by 11 you take the points surely. Even with a yc.
