@Stargazer Notable points - may be the first Bok team to be majority 'players of colour' (8) in the starting xv ? plus the Boks going back to the future picking a huge back 5 in the pack with no specialist openside. Apparently 15 players not in this team have just left for NZ to prep for the All Blacks.

And back to the future with Frans Steyn in the 23. He hasn’t been in the test side for a couple of years and was in the wilderness a few years back.

And 38-yr old Schalk Brits on the bench.
He looked energetic for the Bulls this year despite his age.

Sooo is their strategy a slap in the face for Oz and/or a big opportunity for SA to get tipped over??
Had forgotten that our opening match at the RWC is against SA. That will be a bell ringer for sure.
Going to be interesting to see who Krusty names for this match. O'Connor back in the mix, who starts at 1st five...

6 Aussie players heading home
Lealiifano (shoulder), Scott Sio (adductor), Tom Robertson (ankle), Marika Koroibete (family) and Jack Maddocks and Rob Valetini (released for club rugby) are all set to return to Australia on Wednesday on the eve of the announcement of the Wallabies' first Test team of 2019.
Lealiifano and Sio are both expected to be fit to play in next week's Test against Argentina in Brisbane, but the news isn't so good for Robertson, who suffered an ankle injury in Tuesday's training.

The Fed looked pretty good in Wimbledon final aged 37 3/4!

I know -- apologies.
-
Yanked the neck back when he was on the ground too. Definite YC worthy.
-
Nick White looks a completely different player to when he was at the Ponies.
-
Terrible recovery of the Wallaby forwards after that scrum and Boks make easy metres down the short side.
Try time.
-
Better from the Wallabies. Nice work by Banks and Haylett-Petty.
Try time.
-
Aussies continuity pretty good and some decent support play.
Haylett-Petty butchered a try 😀
-
Wow, big call from Hooper
-
Boks looked to buckle there
-
Way too upright there from the Wallaby runner.
-
I would’ve taken the 3 points right in front.
But in that scrum, the Bok halfback looked offside when he tackled the OZ number 8
