It's not to keep people out , they built it to keep the pedophiles in.

You racist bigot. How dare you besmirch all Catholics in that manner. If you insult the non-paedophiles there's a huge risk that they'll start fiddling with kids too.

You'd better be prepared for some serious outrage coming your way bro.....or not.

I saw spotlight a couple of weeks ago, 6% of priests are generally pedophiles according to the authority in the film.

Pretty much all the popes in my memory have done that to a certain degree, its kind of amusing that they think they have some sort of higher moral plane to look down on us from.

It is kinda cute though.. like havng my own little puppy.

                                              Maybe.

But I do find the views of many fundamentalist Christians very unChristian. And a hard and fast "fuck off we're full, we're not helping those foreigners" type attitude is similarly non-charitable and unChristian. So i do have sympathy for Frank's comments.

What Trump is proposing is 'not fuck off were full' it is... stop illegal immigrants. Does the Vatican city have no controls over who goes where and for how long inside its country? Like fuck it does. 'Frank' is a monumental hypocrite meddling in domestic politics that he has no business meddling with. I have no issue with any country building a wall or whatever it want so to stop the flow of illegal immigrants. It is a sovereign right of any country to control the flow. Is the Pope also saying hat the govt of Hungary is also un-christian? They built a wall to stop migrants... personally I dont think it was unchristain.. but basic common sense. What would you have advised Hungary to do?

Doesn't the wall have to be built 1km inside the US boundaries according to international law?

How about 'a Christian does not bankrupt his own companies whilst making sure he personally is ok but screws over creditors and small investors' Far more accurate and fitting. But if he starts attacking the moral fibre of politicians... when would he stop?

As I said I am not catholic and not a fan of any organised religion but as far as I can see the name of the game here is to amass as many people as possible to follow you. So they are fairly inclusive these days. Now is it realistic to expect them to house the nation's needy and hungry in half a square kilometer? No it's not, being that the vatican is more like the administrative centre of the church then a real country. Do they support the hungry and needy in other ways? Maybe I don't know. Is it any of his business if the USA choose to build the dumbest wall in history? Also no. Is he allowed to make comments on his faith to his followers. He absolutely is, that's the deal you sign up to with religion. You let some other clown tell you what he thinks your sky fairy wants you to do. If you don't like it, he has every right to say you're not a follower.
