Hooper on the bench. That'll be the kick up the arse we need in the last 20.
Vosayaco in line for an appearance as our reserve lock? Maybe Sinclair moves in there but would expect Cridge and Holloway to play the full 80.
Looks like Swinton, Donaldson, Gordon, and Harrison are still out. Bad luck to have a surname ending in "on".
Wilson, Roberts, and Reilly were good off the bench last week.

Fijian Drua have suffered a double setback ahead of Friday night’s Super Rugby Pacific clash with the NSW Waratahs, forced to relocate camp and coach Mick Byrne catching the coronavirus.
Byrne is self-isolating after testing positive for COVID-19 and won’t be with the team when they tackle the Waratahs at Cbus Super Stadium.
Byrne’s positive test comes as rising floodwaters caused the Lake Ainsworth Sport and Rec Centre – the squad’s base at Lennox Heads – to close and on-site residents including Drua squad and staff to evacuate. The Drua have relocated to the Gold Coast for rounds seven and eight and hope to return to the NSW far north coast for the remainder of the competition.

@daffy-jaffy can't upvote that.
Going to be a very rough season for community rugby in parts of NSW and QLD with wet weather basically washing out any trials, and those that go ahead murdering their pitch in the process.
Throw in COVID iso and you might think you've got 2 Grades, but some weeks you'll be lucky to put 1 together.

A friendly bounce for the Tahs
-
Who is the co-commentator with Clark?
-
Not a lot of continuity in this game with so many ruck penalties.

Might be Sam Wykes? They’ve used him before
-
They're dangerous on counterattack the Drua.
-
@antipodean how quick is Habusa (sp)
-
Can't complain about that RC.
-
Why on earth would the Drua not put an end to that half rather than risk the predictable turnover?
Also, what boys club are Stan running to give Drew Mitchell a commentary gig? No analysis which isn't surprising given his barely comprehensible English.

I've just switched on, and see the replay of this.
Fuck me.
Can't complain??? He's lucky he didn't get 3 red cards for that. What an idiot. Late, high, swinging, reckless, contact. So, so dumb.

Sam Wykes is the commentator
-
I might be out on a limb here, but I don't mind Drew Mitchell
-
-
Was the contact direct to head? None of those shots show it.
Last week a RC was rescinded after a QC found a touch to the should a millisecond earlier than the head. -
Got to admire the handling skills of the Drua.

In my limited interactions with him he's been a nice guy, but Merhts is the only person who appears to have actual insights. He then has the added benefit of humour.
-
I am just pleased whenever it's not Justin Harrison.
-
-
Wykes' calling is somewhat less polished than the rest of the commentary crew - particularly a season pro like Greg Clarke.
I'm being polite.
-
Good win for our guys. Maul in particular as Holloway said after the game. Tahs forwards were better across the park.
That Hooper try was a thing of beauty - soft hands from a couple of forwards and Edmed doing what he did all game: orchestrate.
He's got a good range of skills but probably not quite there as far as higher honours go.
But the game plan DC is using works for the talent we've got - variations in depth and angle, keep working away for the opportunities, and a maturing backline to finish them off.

I found him hard to listen to, which is why I asked who it was.
-
@nta and he copped a bit of a shot on the deck after scoring.
What is it with players in situations like that?

TBF they both dived at the same time. A bit lazy
